Eastnor Castle

The Eastnor Castle Wall Trellis is offered in a single or double version. 

• Single Trellis – 88 lbs – 7’6″ H x 6’6″ W // 228cm H x 200cm W (2 individual trellises)
• Double Trellis – 155 lbs – 7’6″ H x 11’6″ W // 228cm H x 356cm W (3 individual trellises)
• Brackets provided for a recommended wall trellis distance of 3.94″
• Customer to supply needed screws, nuts or bolts

Heavy 2cm steel bands and steel tubing are welded together and subsequently galvanized by hot-dip at 860 degrees Fahrenheit.  Such galvanization is also effect in the rust-prone welded areas and inside the tubing.

The structures are powder coated at 392 degrees Fahrenheit.  At this temperature the color and the sand-brushed galvanized surface fuse to create an extremely weather resistant surface.

 

All metal trellis are welded from solid steel strips and steel tubes, hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated to protect against rust. All Classic Garden Element trellises carry a 10-year guarantee against rust.
