Dot TruDrop® Self-Watering Planter

The Crescent TruDrop® reservoir system is a simple solution that will extend time between watering for up to 6 weeks depending on planter size and weather conditions.  Each planter comes with an easy-to-read water gauge that alerts you to how much water your container has.  The benefit of watering from underneath diminishes risk of fungus growth and leaf damage allowing you to grow healthier plants.

This efficient system uses less water, prevents fertilizer run-off and, as with all Crescent planters, the planter itself is made from 100% recyclable material with a 10-year limited warranty.

What is resin?

Crescent planters are crafted with rotational molding, commonly referred to as “rotomolding.”   This is a plastic casting technique used to produce large hollow, seamless, and double-walled parts. It is a three-stage process that involves a mold on a rotating frame, a heating chamber, and a cooling chamber. Molds for the rotomolding process are specially designed and are capable of producing single and double wall products.  Finish can vary from batch to batch.
